39 WEEKS OUT!!

The past week has been filled with planning and prepping for the upcoming months .. and having a few treats! The Jenny B website has been created and the Jenny B Fit Facebook fan page is up and functioning. Productive .. yes !! I have also contacted and confirmed my coach from October until show time in April!! I am sooo pumped to work with her and I cannot wait to see what she has in store for me.

For the next 10 weeks I will be building and sculpting my physique to make some changes. Monday was an intense upper body workout and today was the ever dreaded lower body circuit. The focus is on the booty and getting those hams dialed in. Tomorrow will bring some soreness .. no doubt!!

The above photo is the first pic I have received from the photographer from the shoot a few weeks ago. I am looking forward to see what the pictures show as far as body changes that I have been working on for the past few years. Fingers crossed for good results!!

I have been working on my portfolio to throw out to a few nutrition companies in hopes of capturing a sponsor for this coming training season. More fingers crossed!!

New marinade discovery: ED Smith No Sugar added pancake syrup with dijon mustard on the chicken breast and grillem up !! Mmmm !!

Favorite Diet Food without a doubt would have to be Protein Pancakes .. or as my clients call them Pantene Procakes .. dont ask why .. I think its because it makes their hair shiny! lol. RECIPE: 1/3 cup dry oatmeal soaked in 2/3 cup of egg whites .. throw the egg n oat mixture in a pam sprayed pan and cook until set, then flip. No sugar added jam plus some pb on top and you are good to go!!
